Hyderabad/New Delhi, (Report: Mutiur Rehman Aziz) The great story of injustice and oppression that has been going on for about 15 years in the name of legal action against Heera Group of Companies and CEO, Dr. Nowhera Sheikh, will seem strange to those who know and hear it, but in our country, from lower courts to higher courts, this same story of injustice and oppression has been going on for about 15 years. If you look at it in detail, you will see that this story of injustice and oppression of the courts, which started with the FIR of Member of Parliament Asad Owaisi from Hyderabad, is going on without stopping and without stopping, just like according to a saying, law is that spider’s web in which strong and Strong animals break free, but weak and helpless creatures get trapped and die. Amidst all these atrocities, the public impact was that all the businesses of the Hera Group were destroyed, thousands of people working in various offices of the Hera Group became unemployed, millions of people who had been employed for 25 years by investing in the Hera Group were affected. The charges legally levied against the Hera Group include IPC 406/409, IPC 420/506 and IPC 120B, but no evidence has been presented till date. In addition, properties were illegally seized, bank accounts were frozen, false accusations and slanders were made and false allegations were made.

Various Harassment Tactics In the name of investigation, various methods of harassment were adopted with the Hera Group and its leadership: 28 arrests were made by 42 senior officers. 235 days were kept in police custody. The entire business of the Heera Group was destroyed. Thousands of employees working in various offices became unemployed. Millions of people who had invested in the Heera Group for 25 years have been affected. This is not just an injustice being played with a company or an individual, but with the future of millions of ordinary investors and thousands of families. This investigative adventure that has been going on for fifteen years has so far been limited to pressure, arrests and seizure of properties, while no concrete evidence or final report has come to light.
