As part of the ongoing India–Israel agricultural cooperation, MASHAV- Israel’s Agency for International Development Cooperation has launched a 10-day training program on Orchard Management at its Agricultural Training Centre in Shefayim. The course combines classroom sessions and field visits to showcase Israel’s advanced agro-technologies. A 25-member Indian delegation of horticulture officers from nine states, along with officials from the National Horticulture Board and MIDH, is attending the program. The group is led by Mr. Uri Rubinstein, Agriculture Attaché, and Mr. Brihama Dev, Project Officer at the Embassy of Israel in New Delhi.
