New Delhi (Report: Mutiur Rehman Aziz) In the previous hearing of Heera Group of Companies, the Supreme Court of India, while taking a positive approach towards Heera Group in favor of the settlement of the matter, had said that indeed, at a time when obstruction is being made to sell the company’s property, Heera Group can settle the investors through its properties. Yes, if any difficulty arises in the land registry matter, the Supreme Court will cooperate in completing the matter, and had told Heera Group to keep the lands between the investors for settlement, and we will complete the matters of those who want to register and provide relief to both the company and the investors. Therefore, since the study that has been done due to belonging to an investor and journalist community, it is coming to light that the ED has issued a notice to sell the lands of the Heera Group worth hundreds of crores and more for Rs. 25 crores, in this way the Hera Group of Companies will suffer a huge loss. And not only will there be a huge loss, but the investors will face difficulties in getting their deposits fully paid. Therefore, according to me, in this matter, the company and the investors should sit together and take a decision to thwart the conspirators’ tactics, otherwise these government departments will not be left behind in destroying the entire value of the company.
If examined in detail, the settlement of lands in favor of the company will be improved in such a way that when the investors are relieved, and the Supreme Court sees this initiative and positive move of the Hera Group of Companies, it is very possible that it will leave the properties in the hands of the ED and hand them over to the company, because when half or more of the population has found capital in exchange for their money, why sell the lands and why auction them, so the return of the lands to the hands of the company, that is, the sunrise of the Heera Group of Companies will begin again, and the Heera Group will be able to run its business faster than before in the country and the world. And the company has a document of each stage of the trial and injustice that the conspirators and agencies have subjected the company to for years, so these documents and the orders of the Supreme Court in favor of the company will be no less than a certificate document. Therefore, the company should move forward in this matter, and those investors who are willing should start settling in the lands, and it is obvious that those who are big investors in the company will move forward in the lands. In this way, a big relief will be available in favor of the company.
On the other hand, the benefit of settlement is also high for the Heera Group investors. That is, in the way that right now the investors have a paper document issued by the Heera Group in their hands, or let’s say that they are transactions that the investor had made in the company’s account, apart from that, there is nothing else and nothing else. But one of the benefits of settlement and settlement in the lands will be that the land registry will be in the form of an official stamp in their hands, that is, until now there was only the Heera Group document in the form of a document, now the official document of the lands has been added to the investor’s two types of support. Now ten people will be able to apply their power together, that too for a small land, but before that only the company and its CEO, Dr. Nowhera Sheikh, were making all the efforts alone, but after taking the land, different people will be able to deal with this land from their own sphere, for example, they will be able to do collaboration through a builder, or they will be able to sell this land through a builder. Therefore, both the investors and the company are relieved by the settlement and installment of the lands together, and it is extremely important that this step be taken.
