According to the report, he introduced fake investors into the Heera Group so that an artificial series of complaints could be started against the company. The ED has recently frozen 27 properties, with an estimated market value of Rs 103.4 crore, while properties worth Rs 400 crore have also been frozen earlier. Investors say that this auction is illegal as it is being carried out without a trial by the PMLA court, which is a clear violation of the orders of the Supreme Court. Heera Group of Companies was not just a business entity but was considered a strong foundation of the Muslim economy. This company not only provided financial security to millions of investors but also performed social services for the poor, orphans, widows and weaker sections. According to the report, behind the one lakh plus thousand investors of Heera Group, the future of three to four million people is in question. Heera Group CEO Dr. Nowhera Sheikh, in a press conference after her release, alleged that Asad Owaisi and his associates had hatched a systematic conspiracy to destroy her business. She said that most of the complainants in the complaints filed against her are people close to Owaisi, and they tried to take over the company’s properties. Nowhera Sheikh also vowed that she would do everything possible to get her investors what they deserve.
