New Delhi (Report: Mutiur Rehman Aziz) The Heera Group of Companies and its CEO Dr. Nowhera Sheikh and their supporters are facing a systematic campaign these days. Behind this campaign are the same elements who have been targeting the group for the last eight years and even many years before that. However, the fact is that millions of investors and the vast majority of ordinary citizens are standing with the Heera Group and Dr. Nowhera Sheikh. In terms of investment, more than 90% of investors have faith in the Heera Group and Dr. Nowhera Sheikh and are waiting for their return. Investors want timely return of their saved money because this money was allocated for their basic needs — children’s education, marriage, and other important expenses. Unfortunately, hostile elements and some agencies seem more inclined to continuously defame the Heera Group and auction it off instead of resolving the matter. According to sources in the Heera Group, out of a total of over 172,000 people, only 12,000 have been presented as complainants. Many of these names have been repeated two, three or four times. All these complaints can be resolved within about Rs 50 crore. However, the lists submitted by the agencies were left vague, blurry and not even readable by electronic devices, which itself raises questions about the transparency of the process.
If the Heera Group or Dr. Nowhera Sheikh were really wrong, then why was there such a fierce campaign against them for eight years? No fraudulent company is allowed to run for such a long time. The Heera Group and its CEO, which has been working continuously for 25 years, are still fighting for their rights, which is an argument for its strong foundations. While the court decisions allowed the auction of properties for 10 percent of the clements, appropriate steps should also be taken to pay the 90 percent of the patient investors and let the company run. But unfortunately, despite the court’s decisions, the agencies are conducting arbitrary auctions and trying to sell several properties at will. Despite rigorous scrutiny and the company’s victory between 2012 and 2016, the company was locked down. During this time, fictitious investors were allegedly admitted and infamous rapist Shahbaz Ahmed Khan was provided with free legal aid and resources by his usurer and land mafia masters to file an FIR. After the recent arrest of Dr. Nowhera Sheikh and her legal advisor Nazanin Abida, now Matiur Rehman Aziz is being targeted. The kite flyers and usurer and land mafia gang is running a campaign to arrest him through social media and correspondence. If Matiur Rehman Aziz is wrong, then he should be arrested directly, what is the need for the campaign? The question arises why action is not being taken against the real culprits? SA Builders (Syed Akhtar), who constructed multi-story buildings on vacant lands attached to the ED. Syed Akhtar’s son-in-law Abdul Rahim, who earned money by building a football ground on attached land. Bandla Ganesh film producer, who occupied a rented bungalow and later participated in the auction. Former Waqf corrupt officer Syed Moinuddin, who has occupied the bungalow by making fake documents and has not even been registered against him so far, all these incidents reflect double standards. Matiur Rehman Aziz or Heera Group and Dr. Nowhera Sheikh are not against the 10 percent of deceived investors. However, they are trying to appease the 90 percent of the patient investors. Their clean and transparent journalistic profession is becoming the voice of the rights of millions of people. If Heera Group and Dr. Nowhera Sheikh are really oppressed, then it is the duty of every responsible citizen to support them. The government, judiciary and relevant agencies are appealed to act transparently, fairly and according to the law. The entire company and millions of investors should not be destroyed for just 10 percent (and even then often fake) people. The rights of 90 percent of investors should also be protected so that their dreams and future are safe. Any attempt to suppress the voice of truth will ultimately fail. Justice will prevail. The Hera Group, its supporters and all investors have complete faith in the law of the country and the courts of the country. One day the truth will surely prevail and the lies will be exposed.
