Clear denial of illegal signatures

Hyderabad/New Delhi – March 13, 2026 (Special Report) Heera Group of Companies’ Chief Executive and renowned personality, Dr. Nowhera Sheikh, recently expressed her firm determination that she will never sign illegal signatures and will always abide by the constitution and laws of the country. This statement comes at a time when there is unease among investors and stakeholders due to the cases and legal challenges filed against the Heera Group. Mutiur Rahman Aziz sheds light on the current status of the Heera Group. According to him, there is no active case pending against the Heera Group in any court or jurisdiction at the moment, due to which no update, video, press release or written communication could be issued by the group. He says that during the holy month of Ramadan, people all over the world, including himself, focus on worship, good deeds, zakat and sadaqat and pray to Allah Almighty for the acceptance of their deeds. During this time, prayers have been appealed for to resolve the problems of the investors and beneficiaries of the Heera Group. The main part of the video is based on a recent audio and video clip, shared by a complainant from Hyderabad. The complainant, who describes himself as an investor of the Heera Group and is participating in the auction of the group’s lands, was previously an agent of Darussalam Soodi Bank. The clip shows Dr. Nowhera Sheikh interacting with officials of a government department. Meanwhile, Dr. Nowhera Sheikh categorically refused to sign illegal acts and said that she would only act in accordance with the constitution and laws of the country. Mutiur Rahman Aziz praised Dr. Sheikh for this position and said that thanks to her legal team and knowledge, she has defeated the top lawyers and barristers of the country. According to him, by refusing illegal transactions, Dr. Sheikh has ensured the safety of investors’ deposits, which is better than any other measure. Mutiur Rahman Aziz refused to name any agency, fearing being dragged to courts, sent to jail or involved in cases because in exchange for expressing his opinion, his name was wrongly presented in the Supreme Court and banned criticism of the agencies in support of the Heera Group. The complainant accused the departments of being lazy and lax in processing the FIRs filed on the orders of the "masters”. Criticizing the complainants, Mutiur Rahman Aziz said that they have deprived deserving institutions, madrasas and mosques due to which they deserve to be cursed. According to him, the cases of the complainants have not even started yet and it is premature to raise a fuss over the delay in their cases. He stressed that when the courts give equal opportunity to both the parties, justice will be done and the Heera Group will get relief, which will return the properties and the patient investors will get their investment back. He clarified that illegal auction or sale of lands worth crores of rupees cannot happen quickly without the supervision of the court and there are legal ways to get back the properties that are illegally auctioned.
