Amidst this, conspirators cast a web of severe entrapments on Heera Group of Companies. Among these conspirators was Syed Akhtar of S.A. Builders. These malicious actors, driven by greed and ill-intent, sought to exploit the burgeoning value of the land. Syed Akhtar, in particular, played a pivotal role in these nefarious schemes, demonstrating a flagrant disregard for ethical conduct and legal propriety. Their objective was not only to dispossess Dr. Nowhera Shaikh of her rightful property but also to tarnish the reputation and integrity of Heera Group through deceit and manipulation. Upon her release, Dr. Nowhera Shaikh discovered that Syed Akhtar had constructed an eight-story building on the Heera Developers’ property and had begun to occupy other plots as well. By exploiting Dr. Shaikh’s absence, he unlawfully took possession of valuable property, using deceitful means to benefit himself and his associates. Dr. Nowhera Shaikh lodged a complaint regarding this matter at the local police station. However, no action was taken during the preliminary hearing. When Heera Group attempted to alleviate the situation for their investors by selling the land in Toli Chowki, Syed Akhtar of S.A. Builders appointed Dushyant Dave as his lawyer. During the recent hearing on November 11, Dushyant Dave stooped so low in supporting his client’s illegitimate demands that the Supreme Court had to intervene, stating that no court in the country has found Dr. Nowhera Shaikh guilty of even a single rupee. His avarice not only tarnishes his soul but also wreaks havoc on the lives of countless innocent people. Woe to those like Syed Akhtar, who outwardly appear as pious, fasting, and devout, yet engage in the very same actions as those of the Jews and Christians. History stands as a testament that the damage caused by those from within has been far greater than any harm inflicted by outsiders. May Allah guide Syed Akhtar of S.A.
