New Delhi, (News Report: Press Release) – The Enforcement Directorate has filed a petition in the Supreme Court against Mutiur Rahman Aziz, the owner and editor of the daily Paigam Madre Watan, alleging that during the auction of Heera Group properties, Mutiur Rahman Aziz has disrespected the Supreme Court order. The Enforcement Directorate, i.e. ED, has filed a petition that the Supreme Court should give custody to Mutiur Rehman Aziz. When Mutiur Rahman Aziz was asked whether this was true, he denied it and said that we abide by and respect every order of the Supreme Court, and insulting the order of the Supreme Court in any way is far from our thinking and imagination. Mutiur Rahman Aziz said that we have published the news of this action of the Enforcement Directorate which was received from sources of the CEO of Hera Group of Companies. The sources said that on October 24, the Enforcement Directorate invited Hera Group of Companies CEO Dr. Nowhera Sheikh for the property registration process, citing the order of the Supreme Court. The sources said that when Hera Group CEO Dr. Nowhera Sheikh reached there, she saw that a person named Bandla Ganesh had entered the bungalow in the name of rent and cancelled the rent process and this illegal occupation has been going on for five years. Now the property registration process was being done in his name, who claims the bungalow as his property. Therefore, Dr. Nowhera Sheikh refused to execute the registration process in favor of this person named Bandla Ganesh, who is already an illegal occupant of the property, and said that first the bungalow should be vacated from this land mafia, and for this matter There is already a court case going on between Heera Group and Bandla Ganesh, and sources said that the market value of the property that the Enforcement Directorate tried to get registered is Rs 75 crore, but the sale of the property in favour of Bandla Ganesh was being auctioned for only Rs 19 crore, so Dr. Nowhera Sheikh said that action is not being taken under the PMLA Act, and the low value of the property was also a reason for not getting its registration processed. Therefore, a journalist is having to bear the wrath of the Enforcement Directorate for publishing this news.
Sources say that the land mafia named Bandla Ganesh is not the only person who is in possession of the most expensive property of the Hera Group, but also Syed Akhtar SA Builder, who is occupying a large property area of the Hera Group’s SA Colony. This illegal occupation of the land mafia has been going on since 2018, when the CEO of the Hera Group, Dr. Nowhera Sheikh, was arrested, and the Enforcement Directorate took all the properties of the Hera Group under its attachment, but still Syed Akhtar SA Builders started this process of occupation, and did not stop there, but helped his relatives to turn large areas of land into playgrounds and helped some relatives to open a hotel for eating. Another similar incident has happened at the hands of Syed Moinuddin, despite the ED Attachment Board being in place, a former traffic police officer and a former member of Telangana Waqf Affairs occupied the Jebel Hills bungalow of Heera Group. At different times, when these things were reported to the local police stations and by calling the 100 number, no case was even registered against Syed Moinuddin, a former traffic police officer and a former member of Telangana Waqf Affairs. If the media and journalist brothers publish the news of all these matters between the attachments of the Enforcement Directorate, which are hindering the payment of money to the investors of Heera Group, then it does not seem to be a problem, because these matters are based on reality in the open and every single thing can be seen as illegal occupations between the attachments even today. The coming of these news in the media and the strict action against journalists by registering cases is tantamount to strangling journalism and snatching away the freedom of speech and writing. The court will soon see this fact and the country will will ensure justice for the oppressed Heera Group and its investors.
In short, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has filed a contempt of court petition in the Supreme Court against Matiur Rehman Aziz, the owner and editor of the daily Paigam Madar Watan. The allegation is that he violated the Supreme Court order during the auction of Heera Group properties. Matiur Rehman strongly denied the allegation and said that he abides by every order of the Supreme Court and the question of contempt does not arise. The real issue is that on October 24, the ED summoned Heera Group CEO Dr. Nowhera Sheikh for property registration.
