Thorns Pricking Owaisi’s Eyes — An Onslaught by Enemies Against the Muslim Economy

Dr. Nowhera Sheikh is that innocent and guiltless face of Muslim society whom Hyderabad Member of Parliament Asaduddin Owaisi, with the help of his central masters, not only got arrested but also got all the businesses associated with Dr. Nowhera Sheikh shut down; moreover, he got the charitable, welfare, healthcare and educational activities being run by Dr. Nowhera Sheikh stopped. He got an ED raid conducted on Dr. Nowhera Sheikh’s company and got all its assets frozen, and in recent times, the properties of Dr. Nowhera Sheikh and her company are allegedly being sold to selected people at unlawfully and illegally very low prices, while Asad Owaisi, through his land mafias, is buying the properties of Heera Group. It is possible that some friends may not believe this against Owaisi’s outward image. If there is an issue of uncertainty, then such friends should also keep in mind Maulana Sajjad Nomani being called a bribe-taker and Owaisi’s statement that he would make it difficult for scholars to even leave their homes, or Owaisi’s alleged illegal occupation of Waqf properties worth three thousand crore and the Modi and Amit Shah government’s alleged overlooking of this in exchange for all the interest-based businesses and hate-filled speeches across the country. In the coming lines, I will try to shed light on all the actions of Owaisi and their reasons, who got all the work of Dr. Nowhera Sheikh stopped.
In 1998, Dr. Nowhera Sheikh began her commercial journey, and day by day, Heera Group continued to develop through continuous dedication, hard work and perseverance. By 2008, Heera Group of Companies had been introduced in the market as a group comprising several educational institutions and companies. In the meantime, Asad Owaisi’s evil eye fell upon Heera Group, and he also sent an offer to acquire a share in Dr. Nowhera Sheikh’s company. But Dr. Nowhera Sheikh realized that instead of making those who already had large businesses or who could conduct businesses even richer, those poor people who could not do anything with a few lakh rupees should be given a place in her company. Therefore, Dr. Nowhera Sheikh rejected not only Owaisi’s offer but also the offers of all such wealthy businessmen and pledged to run the company together with poor people. For four continuous years, Owaisi tried every possible means to join Heera Group; he sent goons and exerted pressure through the government administration so that Dr. Nowhera Sheikh would contact him to make use of Owaisi’s influence, but nothing of the sort happened. Several times, Owaisi also had threatening phone calls made, but Owaisi gained nothing except disappointment and failure.
After becoming troubled and unsuccessful with all his tactics and seeing his unlawful demands remain unfulfilled, Owaisi used his legal barrister’s degree and filed an FIR against Dr. Nowhera Sheikh in 2012. This FIR was pursued very harshly and in a torturous manner for four years. Heera Group of Companies, which by then had spread across most parts of the world and whose investors had continuously benefited for fifteen years, was subjected to every kind of oppression. Police teams would raid the offices in the name of investigation; they would arrive at the homes of Dr. Nowhera Sheikh and her family members, whether during the day or late at night; the entire family would be kept under house arrest until late at night; the elderly members of the household, children and women would be subjected to torture and rude treatment. Dr. Nowhera Sheikh, the CEO of Heera Group, and her Board of Directors would be called separately to different police stations in the name of investigation and made to sit there all day without any reason. Many times, police officials would arrive at the house at two or three in the morning in the name of investigation and say that they needed to question Dr. Nowhera Sheikh immediately. Dr. Nowhera Sheikh would be called back immediately from foreign countries. Hundreds of forms of oppression were inflicted on the basis of a fabricated FIR by Asad Owaisi, but the CEO of Heera Group, Scholar Dr. Nowhera Sheikh, relying on the truth of her position, never retreated, and ultimately in 2016, Dr. Nowhera Sheikh and Heera Group achieved victory, and the leader of the oppressive usurers of humanity, Asaduddin Owaisi, had to face a crushing defeat.
It is clear that Owaisi filed the FIR after failing for four years to obtain a partnership in Heera Group for himself. For years, the chain of oppression, torture and threats continued with the help of the administration and Owaisi’s goons. Initially, there was an insistence on joining the company, the purpose of which was clear: to enter Heera Group and destroy it. But later another failure and fear began to grow in Owaisi’s impure mind, and that was the decline in the income of Owaisi’s Darussalam interest-based bank. The agents of Owaisi’s Darussalam Bank informed him that people had started coming less frequently to Darussalam Bank to obtain loans and credit against jewellery and through other methods, and those people who used to deposit amounts worth lakhs in Darussalam Bank had now started joining Heera Group’s interest-free trade. Because of this, Owaisi had first thought of joining Heera Group as a way to destroy it, and in the second attempt, he planned to destroy Heera Group by filing an FIR against it.
But Dr. Nowhera Sheikh, riding on the shoulders of truth, won the case filed by a legal expert and barrister, Asad Owaisi. From here, Owaisi joined hands with his central masters and took the support of government powers, agencies and courts, and got the ED involved, got the company offices locked, got the company shut down in the name of investigation, got all the bank accounts frozen and ED boards placed on all the properties. Now the case is continuing in court. Sometimes the CEO of Heera Group is arrested without any reason, and sometimes her properties are auctioned. Even despite ED boards being placed, locks are allegedly broken and possession is taken over of any bungalow or flat. Despite ED boards being placed on vacant lands, people close to Owaisi allegedly construct multi-storey buildings there.
Amidst all these injustices, the conclusion that emerges is that Dr. Nowhera Sheikh’s educational campaign is being stopped out of fear that it may harm Owaisi’s expensive schooling chain; in the healthcare sector, Dr. Nowhera Sheikh’s Heera Medical College is being auctioned so that Owaisi’s hospitals do not suffer losses; the poor and helpless ordinary people who used to receive monthly or annual income from Heera Group were stopped in order to protect the losses of his Darussalam Bank; the political organization established by Scholar Dr. Nowhera Sheikh to prevent charitable, welfare and social service activities was also harmed, and the businesses of Dr. Nowhera Sheikh and Heera Group were stopped. All the welfare, development and service work of Dr. Nowhera Sheikh was a severe blow to Owaisi’s misfortune, ill intention and misconduct. Owaisi’s interest-based business and his work of mortgaging the community and trampling upon the community were not flourishing; therefore, all the work, trade and service of Heera Group and Dr. Nowhera Sheikh were becoming a noose around Owaisi’s neck and a thorn in his eyes. Therefore, in order to prevent it from flourishing, every form of oppression and conspiracy was allegedly carried out by Owaisi with the help of his central masters, and the oppression of the agencies serving as slaves to Owaisi’s central masters continues even today.
