Muhammad Muneeb and Muhammad Aqil Attempt to Take Companies Hostage by Changing Their Names
New Delhi (Report: Matiur Rehman Aziz) A major attempt to infiltrate the secrecy of big companies by registering a company has been exposed, in which two teenage boys, said to be around 32 years old, from Shimoga district of Karnataka, contacted a big company and assured them of this, and in the form of providing IT support, they tried to take the company hostage and steal the company’s data and control many documents such as check books, signature seals and copies of dozens of lands and properties and sell them to the opposing party and take the companies hostage. It should be noted that Muhammad Muneeb, who changed his name to Abdullah, and Muhammad Aqil, who changed his name to Rashid, contacted the CEO of Heera Group of Companies in this way. Fraudsters named Muhammad Muneeb and Muhammad Aqeel, who promised to provide all kinds of support and benefits to the company at a very reasonable salary and expense, first took the company and its CEO, Dr. Nowhera Sheikh, into their complete trust. Later, when the actions of these fraudsters began to be summarized, the CEO expelled the fraudsters of One Help Group Intake Construction and Builder from the company and issued a notice announcing that these two boys no longer have any connection with the company. Therefore, if there is any suspicion of being close to the company and its CEO, immediately report them to the nearest police station and help the Hera Group of Companies and yourself.
After the entry of the corrupt people named Muhammad Muneeb and Muhammad Aqeel into the Hera Group of Companies, the first fraud that came to light was that they used to mislead every beneficiary who came in contact with the company and create a bad impression of the company. As a result, many loyalists of Heera Group of Companies and its CEO, Dr. Nowhera Sheikh, became suspicious of them and opposed the company. The advantage of this fraud of Muhammad Muneeb and Muhammad Aqil was that they got the opportunity to take every matter into their own hands and earn good money. The second thing about these fraudsters was that they used to stop every volunteer working for the company from doing this and make them believe that CEO Dr. Nowhera Sheikh had forbidden them from doing any kind of supporting work. They used to say that since court cases were going on, anyone’s support could also go against the company. In this way, the company became empty of its loyal friends. A big attempt by Heera Group of Companies to give trusts to people is before the public. Fraudsters named Muhammad Muneeb and Muhammad Aqil used to befriend investors, obtain their documents, and try to deposit money into their accounts from the CEO. When their attempt was close to success, These people used to call the investor and say that the company would soon pay them in full, but that the few lakhs of rupees that they needed in the form of riyals and dirhams for their foreign travel should be converted into currency. In this way, these people used to cheat and cause losses to both the company and the investor under the guise of friendship.
After dozens of such cases came to light, the company has filed a complaint against Muhammad Aqeel alias Rashid and Muhammad Muneeb alias Abdullah at the local police station and said that by January 2023, it came to our knowledge that these individuals, namely Muhammad Muneeb and Muhammad Aqeel, illegally obtained confidential data of the company and misused it. Muhammad Muneeb and Muhammad Aqeel started demanding extortionate financial benefits under the guise of representing the Heera Group and got fake documents prepared in an attempt to take control of the company. Furthermore, they spread false claims of family ties to Dr. Nowhera Sheikh, misrepresenting themselves as her heir. Upon discovery of these unethical practices, Heera Group of Companies has immediately removed Muhammad Muneeb and Muhammad Aqeel from their responsibilities. Following their removal, Muhammad Muneeb and Muhammad Aqeel have been engaged in attempts to extort money from the company, including by threatening, blackmailing and trespassing at the CEO’s personal residence. On October 26, 2024, these corrupt individuals allegedly entered the CEO’s private residence with an armed group and beat up the employees to get them to deliver company documents to the room. In light of these developments, Heera Group of Companies has advised the public to refrain from entering into any transactions or agreements with these individuals on behalf of the company or Dr. Nowhera Sheikh. The public has been warned that Heera Group and its CEO will not be responsible for any personal or financial losses, therefore, it was stated that issuing this notice was in the public interest to avoid.
