Hyderabad land mafia’s misleading appeal in Supreme Court
Attempt to seize properties of Heera Group and Dr. Nowhera Sheikh

Delhi / Hyderabad (Report: Matiur Rehman Aziz) Hyderabad is famous and famous for land mafia on the planet, especially in India. The leaders and officers here have been trying their bloody claws on the lands of the oppressed and vacant lands, such as waqf, according to their positions. In these cases, dozens of lands and properties of Heera Group and Dr. Nowhera Sheikh were seized by government and influential people. The above case is also a similar one. Syed Akhtar SA Builder seized the properties of Heera Group at a time when the CEO of Heera Group was under arrest. Today, Syed Akhtar SA Builder has tried to mislead the Supreme Court with cunning tricks. Although, if we consider the petition filed by Syed Akhtar, it is found that the land mafia has presented documents from 75 years ago, and the land The second point that the mafia has made is the moment when the Hera Group got involved in the affairs and the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has pasted its boards, it is obvious why the ED would paste a board on someone else’s property? And the second biggest argument is that the Hera Group has submitted all the evidence of checks, DDs and RTGS etc. to the court while purchasing these properties, but despite all this, the morale of the Hyderabadi land mafia is so high that they are making every unsuccessful effort to take the lands in their possession and do not stop even from misleading a court like the Supreme Court.
According to the details, a petition filed in the Supreme Court of India on September 13, 2026, amidst the ongoing legal proceedings related to the Hera Group of Companies and its investors, has raised several important questions regarding the attachment of properties, ownership rights and judicial proceedings. The petition filed by Syed Mohammad and nine other petitioners has sought release of about seven acres of land in Toli Chowki, Sheikhpet area of Hyderabad from the attachment of the Enforcement Directorate (ED). The petition has accused scholar Dr. Nowhera Sheikh and her related entities of concealing important facts and misleading the court. However, it is a basic legal principle that allegations made in a petition cannot be considered as a fact proven in a court of law. These claims should be examined in the light of relevant documents, previous court orders and the position of all parties. According to the document, the petitioners claim ownership of about 35,000 square yards of land. They cite an initial court order of 1959, a civil case judgment in 2018 and the possession proceedings in March 2019. They say that the land was attached in disregard of their property rights. The most important question here is that if the petitioners do indeed have authentic legal evidence of ownership and possession of the relevant land, then the matter should be decided after an impartial examination. But along with this, the question also remains as to what is the legal connection of the relevant property with the alleged financial transactions associated with the Heera Group and what material is available to the ED in this regard. The requirement for protecting the interests of investors is not that every disputed property should be sold indiscriminately, but that the ownership, legal status of each property and the use of the proceeds from the sale should be determined in accordance with the law.
In paragraphs 7 and 8 of the petition, it is alleged that Dr. Nowhera Sheikh and the relevant parties did not fully disclose the previous transactions related to the land. The petitioners have also claimed that their rights were prejudiced and their position was not given due weight in the relevant proceedings. But publishing the allegation of a party without investigation and presenting it as a proven fact is not responsible journalism. In this matter, it is necessary to bring out the claims of the petitioners along with the stand of Dr. Nowhera Sheikh, Heera Group and ED, as well as to examine the court orders cited in the petition. Convicting a party on the basis of mere allegations is against the basic principles of justice. Similarly, it would not be right to dismiss any legal objection on the basis of mere support of Heera Group. The interests of investors in the legal proceedings related to Heera Group are a fundamental human and financial issue. Investors want to know when their claims will be examined, how the proceeds from the sale of legally available assets will be accounted for and what transparent procedure will be adopted for refunding the money. In the present petition related to the Toli Chowki land, a direct order for refunding the investors’ money is not the main plea.
